Dear parents of Ryan because you will for ever be his parents even through life and death. I had the pleasure of meeting you all on 3NW. My name is Elma Arellano and I am a Respiratory Therapist. I can relate to you and your pain. I too lost my first born at 8 days old. I was also away from home because we were sent to Phoenix childrens Hospital. We also had to let our baby go and play in the garden of heaven. Everything was turned off and my Lupita looked at daddy with so much love as if she was letting him know everything would be alright. My baby died in my arms. You guys were very brave but Ryan was braver. He will forever be your angel to guide and protect you. Some day you will see Ryan again always remember that.
